El sector de la construcci\u00f3 es troba en un moment de transformaci\u00f3 profunda. A Catalunya, com a la resta d\u2019Europa, la necessitat de reduir les emissions, millorar l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica dels edificis i avan\u00e7ar cap a un model m\u00e9s sostenible ja no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 ambiental, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 econ\u00f2mica i normativa.<\/p>\n

Segons diferents organismes especialitzats, els edificis s\u00f3n responsables d\u2019una part molt rellevant del consum energ\u00e8tic i de les emissions de CO\u2082. Davant d\u2019aquest escenari, la construcci\u00f3 sostenible s\u2019ha convertit en un eix estrat\u00e8gic que engloba tot el cicle de vida d\u2019un edifici: des del disseny i la construcci\u00f3 fins a l\u2019\u00fas, el manteniment i la rehabilitaci\u00f3. En aquest nou paradigma, la integraci\u00f3 d\u2019energies renovables com la solar fotovoltaica i la aerot\u00e8rmia \u00e9s clau.<\/p>\n

Energia solar i aerot\u00e8rmia: la combinaci\u00f3 que marca el futur<\/strong><\/p>\n

La incorporaci\u00f3 de sistemes fotovoltaics permet als edificis generar part de la seva pr\u00f2pia electricitat, reduint la depend\u00e8ncia de fonts f\u00f2ssils i estabilitzant els costos energ\u00e8tics a llarg termini. Per la seva banda, l\u2019aerot\u00e8rmia destaca com una de les tecnologies m\u00e9s eficients per a la climatitzaci\u00f3 i la producci\u00f3 d\u2019aigua calenta sanit\u00e0ria, ja que aprofita l\u2019energia de l\u2019aire exterior mitjan\u00e7ant bombes de calor d\u2019alt rendiment.<\/p>\n

La combinaci\u00f3 d\u2019ambdues tecnologies dona lloc a edificis altament eficients, electrificats i amb una petjada de carboni molt inferior a la dels sistemes tradicionals basats en gas o altres combustibles f\u00f2ssils.<\/p>\n

La normativa accelera el canvi cap als edificis eficients<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aquest gir cap a la sostenibilitat no respon nom\u00e9s a una tend\u00e8ncia del mercat, sin\u00f3 que est\u00e0 clarament impulsat per la normativa vigent. D\u2019acord amb el Codi T\u00e8cnic de l\u2019Edificaci\u00f3 (CTE) i les seves actualitzacions<\/a><\/strong>, tots els edificis de nova construcci\u00f3 que superin els 1.000 m\u00b2 constru\u00efts han d\u2019incorporar sistemes de generaci\u00f3 d\u2019energia el\u00e8ctrica a partir de fonts renovables, ja sigui per a autoconsum o per al seu subministrament a la xarxa.<\/p>\n

En el cas dels edificis residencials i habitatges unifamiliars, la normativa tamb\u00e9 estableix que una part del consum el\u00e8ctric s\u2019ha de cobrir mitjan\u00e7ant instal\u00b7lacions fotovoltaiques, amb criteris que varien segons la ubicaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica i la demanda energ\u00e8tica prevista. Aix\u00f2 converteix les renovables en un element estructural del projecte arquitect\u00f2nic, i no en un simple afegit posterior.<\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s, el marc regulador europeu refor\u00e7a encara m\u00e9s aquesta direcci\u00f3. A partir de 2026 entrar\u00e0 en vigor la Norma Solar Europea<\/a><\/strong>, que establir\u00e0 de manera progressiva l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 d\u2019instal\u00b7lar panells solars en tots els nous edificis p\u00fablics, comercials i residencials. Aquesta mesura s\u2019emmarca en la fulla de ruta cap al 2030, any en qu\u00e8 es preveu que tots els edificis de nova construcci\u00f3 siguin de carboni net zero.<\/p>\n

La import\u00e0ncia d\u2019integrar les renovables des de la fase de projecte<\/strong><\/p>\n

Incorporar sistemes d\u2019energia solar i aerot\u00e8rmia des de l\u2019inici del projecte constructiu aporta m\u00faltiples avantatges. No nom\u00e9s facilita el compliment normatiu, sin\u00f3 que permet una millor integraci\u00f3 arquitect\u00f2nica, una optimitzaci\u00f3 dels espais t\u00e8cnics i una reducci\u00f3 significativa dels costos energ\u00e8tics futurs.<\/p>\n

A tot aix\u00f2 s\u2019hi afegeixen les ajudes i incentius fiscals vigents, com les deduccions a l\u2019IRPF per millora de l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica, les bonificacions de l\u2019IBI o les reduccions de l\u2019ICIO, que poden reduir de manera molt notable la inversi\u00f3 inicial. En aquest context, disposar d\u2019un assessorament t\u00e8cnic especialitzat \u00e9s clau per aprofitar totes les oportunitats disponibles.<\/p>\n
